The Company

BULFIRE CONSORTIUM

BULFIRE Consortium (BULSTAT ID: 181450337) is a union of the companies BULFIRE Ltd. and BULFIRE Technics Ltd. Through its companies, BULFIRE Consortium designs, manufactures, and services fire trucks and fire tractors with normal and high cross-country ability for extinguishing fires in forests, fields, and settlements.

The company also produces trucks for the agricultural sector and other special trucks, and provides services of specialized superstructures and the transformation of various trucks according to the needs of the client.

Major institutional clients include the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Energy, the State Agency "Civil Protection", all airports in Bulgaria, Lukoil Neftohim Burgas, TPP "Maritsa Iztok", Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant, and many others.

45 years of experience in the research, design, production, and operation of military, fire, and other specialized trucks.

—Graduated from a 4-year vocational high school in agricultural mechanization with a tractor license (1977)

—Graduate of the National Military University — Master of Engineering in Automotive Armored Vehicles

—Specialization in fire vehicles at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

—Doctorate in fire technique

—16 years in military and fire structures in expert, scientific, and managerial positions

—Nearly 30 years in private business — design and production of special vehicles for the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, and other institutions

HISTORY

1997

BULFIRE Ltd. begins production activities — specialized multifunctional trucks.

2002

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 (OHSAS) certified by SGS London for design, manufacture, and service of special-purpose trucks.

2003

Gold Medal at the 59th International Technical Fair in Plovdiv (2,619 companies from 42 countries) for a special 4×4 emergency rescue vehicle.

2004

NATO AQAP 2110 certification — compliant with allied quality management requirements for airfields and special equipment.

2007

Fire trucks designed and manufactured by BULFIRE Ltd. receive patents.

2010

BULFIRE Technics Ltd. registered — specialized multifunctional trucks with high cross-country ability for the agricultural sector.

2023

BULFIRE redirects its design and production potential to the agricultural sector — the AGRITRUCK project is born.
